Fees / Payment & How it Works
LetCraig offers you a FREE consultation and then has a two-payment system to represent you in consumer advocate cases.

After your initial FREE consultation with LetCraig to discuss your situation, a $50 fee will be due for LetCraig to represent your case to the company. LetCraig will then prepare and submit correspondence on your behalf seeking the agreed upon resolution. If necessary, LetCraig will also prepare one follow-up correspondence if the situation is not initially resolved as desired. You will receive copies of all correspondence.

When your consumer case is successfully resolved no further payment is required for settlements up to $500.  Additional payment is due for recoveries valued over $500 according to the schedule below:

Total compensatory value received for you and additional payment due to LetCraig:

Up to $500---------------------------------------------------------------------no further payment

$501 to $1000----------------------------------------------------------------additional $40 payment 

$1001 - $1499----------------------------------------------------------------additional $50 payment 

Over $1500 --------------------------------------------------------------------10% of total      compensation
